We Live For Each Other
The Alpha Eta chapter of Alpha Delta Pi was founded in 1915 at Kansas State University. Our chapter is characterized by our authentic and intentional presence in our panhellenic and university community. Although no two ADPi sisters are the same, it is this unique individuality that strengthens the bond we share.
The open motto of Alpha Delta Pi is “We Live for Each Other,” and there are no better words to describe our sisterhood. Through every success, challenge, and new experience, our sisters find support in Alpha Delta Pi—our home away from home. Throughout a young woman’s four years in college, Alpha Delta Pi offers confidence and support, empowering her to achieve her greatest potential. The friendships formed here, however, are timeless, lasting well beyond college into adulthood.
At Alpha Delta Pi, we believe that true sisterhood goes beyond shared experiences; it’s about fostering personal growth, leadership, and a lifelong commitment to serving others. Our members are encouraged to challenge themselves, embrace new opportunities, and uplift one another in everything they do. The bond we create isn’t just for today—it’s for a lifetime, providing each of us with a strong foundation of support, love, and friendship long after we leave Kansas State University. Our Principles
At Alpha Delta Pi, our goal is to enrich the lives of members through their collegiate experience. Our four leading principles are scholarship, leadership, sisterhood, and service, which we strive to embrace every day. Through these values, we empower our members to grow, make a lasting impact on their communities, and form lifelong connections.
Scholarship
As a diverse group of women with a wide range of interests and talents, our members channel their passions to make an impact both within Alpha Delta Pi and beyond. While our chapter offers many leadership opportunities, we also encourage and support sisters who pursue roles in clubs, extracurriculars, internships, jobs, and other activities.
Leadership
Alpha Delta Pi is dedicated to maintaining high academic standards. We encourage each member to prioritize their attendance and performance in the classroom. As a chapter, we offer educational programs, access to campus and chapter resources, as well as motivation and recognition initiatives. Our commitment is to help members prepare for successful and bright futures.
Sisterhood
Beyond sisterhood events and capturing moments, the connections formed in this chapter go far deeper than surface-level friendships. We’ve supported each other through the toughest times and celebrated together in the best. College isn’t easy, but having a strong group of sisters ready to stand by you through anything makes the journey much smoother.
Service
Collegians of Alpha Delta Pi are committed to showcasing their philanthropic spirit in various ways. Our sisters aim to create meaningful and positive changes on our campus and in our community. Nationally, Alpha Delta Pi has donated over $1.4 million to charitable organizations in just the past year. Striving to improve the lives of others not only benefits those in need but also brings us joy.

Our Sisterhood Programming Specialist always comes up with the cutest ideas for events, like trucker hat making, yoga on the lawn, and so much more!
