The Alpha Eta Chapter of Alpha Delta Pi was founded at Kansas State University in 1915. The women in our chapter are committed to Alpha Delta Pi's core values of scholarship, leadership, sisterhood, and service. For years, our chapter has thrived by creating a supportive and empowering environment, where our members learn from one another and build meaningful friendships that last a lifetime.
As members of Alpha Delta Pi, we continually encourage one another to be the best versions of ourselves. With outstanding involvement in campus activities beyond our chapter, we embody the spirit of engagement and overall leadership at Kansas State University.
Through our participation in numerous community outreach programs, volunteering efforts, and philanthropic events, our members not only understand the importance of giving back but also cultivate a strong sense of social responsibility. These experiences help us make a positive impact on the community while fostering our personal growth. Our annual fall fundraisers, such as the Pumpkin Patch Arts and Crafts Fair, Ronald McDonald House Charities Philanthropy Week, and spring profit-sharing events, allow us to raise funds for Ronald McDonald House Charities in Wichita. Additionally, our members visit the Ronald McDonald House in Topeka twice each semester, reinforcing our commitment to service.
Our sisterhood, grounded in strong traditions and values, will continue to flourish as we uphold the legacy of Alpha Delta Pi by supporting one another, striving for excellence, and being active leaders on campus and beyond.

Alpha Eta's Story

The Pi Home
In 1929, this Tudor-style home was built for Alpha Delta Pi, offering a rich history and timeless charm to the women of the chapter. After undergoing a thoughtful renovation in 2022, the house now features even more inviting community spaces, creating an environment that fosters both sisterhood and relaxation. It has quickly become a favorite spot for the members, where they gather for chapter dinners, cheer on the Wildcats during K-State football watch parties, and unwind with movie nights in the rec room. The home truly serves as a central hub, bringing the women together to create lasting memories and deepen their bonds as sisters.
